If you’re purchasing a fantasy/sci-fi cover with 1 custom figure, ebook pricing starts at $400. Additional custom figures are $100 each with a max of 4 figures.

If you’d like the photoshop source file where the text layers are editable, while art layers are flattened (not editable), this is the charge. You’ll need Adobe Photoshop to edit the file.

How It Works
Ideation.
The first step in creating the perfect cover design is choosing the best suited design style for your project. With the style in mind and your ideas of what you’d like on the cover, then you can fill out the contact form here. I’ll send you a personalized quote within a week (not including weekends) of submitting the form. If you agree to the amount in the quote, I'll send you the contract to be signed and the secure invoice (options for paypal or card) to submit your payment for the deposit, which is 33% of the total quote. Once that's paid, I’ll ask you to schedule yourself into my calendar for the month that has available slots and I’ll have you fill out a more detailed design brief form. Then I’ll be able to start on the draft design!
Initial Draft.
This is the step where I create a design based on what you submitted to the detailed design brief. It’s important to fill out the brief with as much information as you can in order for me to create a cover you’ll love! The 2nd payment (33% of total) will be due the first week of the month you scheduled to receive the initial draft. Once the form is completed and the 2nd payment is paid, I’ll send you the initial draft for you to review on a day in the month that you schedule.
The next step is the revision phase!
Revising & Finalizing.
You can request a set of revisions and I’ll tweak the design for up to 3 rounds for free. Additional revisions will be charged at my hourly rate ($60/hour). You will receive each revised design typically by the next day depending on time zone differences and how fast you respond to emails. Once the ebook design is completed, I’ll begin working on the full wrap for paperback or hardcover if ordered, and only if you have the final page count and trim size. It should take only 1-2 weeks from the day you receive the initial draft for the project to be completed.
The final files will be prepared to match the guidelines of the publisher of your choice. Once you approve the final design, I will send you the final invoice securely through my invoicing system. Once that's paid, you'll receive the final high-resolution files!
