If you’re purchasing a fantasy/sci-fi cover with 1 custom figure, ebook pricing starts at $400. Additional custom figures are $100 each with a max of 4 figures.

If we’ve already moved forward with a concept into the revision stage and you change your mind and decide to change the concept completely, this is the charge.

If you’d like the photoshop source file where the text layers are editable, while art layers are flattened (not editable), this is the charge. You’ll need Adobe Photoshop to edit the file.

How It Works
Ideation.
The first step in crafting the perfect cover design is selecting the style that best fits your project. Once you have a style in mind and a vision for your cover, you can fill out the contact form here. I'll provide you with a personalized quote within a week (excluding weekends) of submission. If you agree to the quote, I'll send over the contract for signing and a secure invoice (payable via PayPal or card) for the 33% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you can book a slot in my available calendar month and complete a more detailed design brief. With all that in place, I can begin working on your draft design!
Initial Draft.
At this stage, I’ll create a design based on the details you provided in the design brief. The more information you include, the better I can craft a cover you’ll love! The second payment (33% of the total) is due during the first week of the month you selected to receive the initial draft. Once the form is completed and the payment is made, I'll send you the initial draft in your scheduled month for review.
Next up—the revision phase!
Revising & Finalizing.
You can request a set of revisions and I’ll tweak the design for up to 3 rounds for free. After that, any extra revisions will be charged at my hourly rate ($60/hour). Revised designs are typically sent by the next day, depending on time zones and how quickly you respond to emails.
Once the eBook design is finalized, I’ll move on to the full wrap for paperback or hardcover (if ordered), but only if you have the final page count and trim size. The entire process should take about 1–2 weeks from the time you receive the initial draft.
Final files will be formatted to meet the guidelines of your chosen publisher. Once you approve the design, I’ll send the final invoice securely through my invoicing system. After payment is received, you’ll get the high-resolution files ready for publishing!
